Forum: What do you think?
Hmmm...There seems to be some confusion everytime we play with regards to tactics. We know that Max and Michael decides the line-up but what about tactics and team-play? Everytime we take to the field there are 3 differing opinions about how we should play. Max says one thing, Michael another and Eric has his thoughts... It's confusing. What do you guys think? Who should be giving the instructions? While Max and Michael are there for all our games including friendlies and knows us inside out, it is Eric who is the more experience one.

lolz..well..i m not so sure too.. eric = roman , michael = peter kenyon , max = grant... lolz..
These happens because there were no really good understanding between those 3 person. True, Max and Michael are the one who actually know us inside out and the Eric's experience should not be neglected. My opinion would be Michael and Max should actually brief to Eric abt out team strengths and weakness so Eric could analyze it and play to our strength. With all my respect to Wes Brown but currently our situation would be "pump the ball to Wes Brown and let him score". We need to play with more maturity now.. we need to learn to play with more patient againts the resilient team.

Actually, Eric very confusing lar... when listen to him very "hin". Dunno how to play.. LOL
honestly speaking..both 3 have their own opinion and thinking.
Is very unhealthy when we have this kind of environment.We need to do something to change it..
Both of them need to discuss and have an agreement on who should speak on the field.Only one ppl can speak.
Agree with what Ah Au said..we should change the way we play football.We should put the player according to tactic not to their BIG name.hope u understand what i mean...We need some creative player!We need a player that can create chances!
We play very well all the game, we control the game all the time,but we can't score!! we hard to create a chances.We should improve on this matter.
Well this is just my opinion.Thanks and kambateh for our 3rd match as well as Daerah league!!!

siang - from wat u said, we need a clinical finisher..not a creative player ..:)
as for the management problem, it is quite hard to listen to so many parties...3 of them should discuss among themselves and make it clear to the team...
as players, we try our best to listen to the coach..but on the field itself, we are the ones doing all the fighting...fighting against 11 opponents is hard enuf...dun fight againt each other k

The team are definitely are heading to the right direction all right and we like khang heng said, players are the ones fighting inside the field TOGETHER and i think we should keep that spirit up and build more from there.. We can have the best players in PG but if we dun work hard together, i dun see us achieveing anything soon. We have talents, we have spirits but we are still learning.. we need to play as ONE, know and understand your temamates game. I believe we can be at least a semi finalist in chinese leagues this year and can get to Dearah 2 by this year too. just dun get complacent, take every game as it comes.. give more so u'll get more for the team~ cheers to all of our players out there~~
give more expect less... jus try our best so we wont have to look at the mirror and say "i should have done better" one day :) GO RAMBLERS~
I've said this to Heng - on match day, there should only be one coach. I think Michael does well as an administrative manager - sort out the fixtures, venues, referee, shirts etc - so then maybe it should be Max in charge of tactics but he has to let everyone know what he is thinking beforehand re: formations/positions so everyone is clear.
On matchdays where Eric comes - let Max pick the team (after all he knows the players better than Eric) but at half time, you let Eric give the teamtalk after watching the game so that he can give (hopefully useful) tactical advice.
The main problem is that Eric doesn't know the players as well as Max/Michael + you want to keep some continuity in the team too (e.g. you play 5-3-2 in friendlies but then Eric comes and makes you play 4-4-2 in Diarra matches).
You need to have just ONE coach on matchdays - just like KDU. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!

Wow! Thanks for participating on this discussion guys. At least we have some sorta communication thingy going on here... Erm... commenting on the matter at hand, I have to go with Dezzy on this one. Totally agree with his suggestion. Now if only someone will get Eric, Max and Mike to take a look at these comments... Hahaha...
